The rules every buyer agrees to when purchasing accounts, currency, items, or top-ups on GameGalaxi. Read these alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
To buy on GameGalaxi you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract. You must create an account with an accurate email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
Listings for accounts, in-game currency, and in-game items are created by independent sellers. GameGalaxi is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — it does not own, control, or guarantee the underlying game accounts or items unless explicitly stated on a listing.
Before purchasing, read the full listing description, delivery method, and any seller notes. Once an order is placed, funds are held by GameGalaxi until delivery is confirmed (see Section 3).
GameGalaxi acts as a trusted third party to secure every transaction. When you pay for an order, your payment is held securely by GameGalaxi rather than sent straight to the seller.
Funds are only released to the seller once you confirm delivery, or once an order is automatically completed after the confirmation window closes without a dispute being raised. If a seller fails to deliver, or delivers something that doesn't match the listing, you can open a dispute before funds are released.
Buyers pay a small marketplace fee on top of the listing price, plus the standard payment processor fee charged by our payment partners (e.g. card networks, PayPal, crypto processors). Processor fees are set by those providers, not by GameGalaxi, and can vary by payment method and region.

The final total, including both fees, is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
All payment methods offered at checkout are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. GameGalaxi does not store your full card number or banking credentials on its own servers.
Each listing specifies an expected delivery time. Digital goods such as account credentials, currency, or items are typically delivered within the timeframe stated on the listing. If a seller misses the delivery window, you may cancel the order for a full refund or open a dispute.
If an order isn't delivered, is delivered incorrectly, or the item/account doesn't match the listing, open a dispute from your order page or contact Live Support before confirming receipt. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and decides on a refund, partial refund, or redelivery.

If you believe an order was mishandled, please open a dispute through GameGalaxi first — our team can resolve most issues faster than a bank or card network. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, without first attempting a dispute, is treated as a violation of these rules and may result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount.

GameGalaxi may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any buyer account found violating these rules, and may withhold funds connected to fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing. These rules work alongside, and do not replace, our Terms & Conditions.
