Anyone 18 or older can apply to become a seller through the Become a Seller flow. By activating a seller account, you agree to these rules in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Every seller must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before they can list items for sale or withdraw funds. This protects buyers, reduces fraud, and keeps payouts moving smoothly.
KYC typically requires a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, a proof-of-address document or a live selfie for identity matching. Submitted documents are reviewed securely and used only for verification and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Once an order is placed, you must deliver within the timeframe stated on your listing. For account sales, this means handing over full, working access (including any linked email or 2FA recovery, where applicable). For currency and items, delivery must match the exact quantity and specification sold.
GameGalaxi charges a marketplace fee on completed sales to cover platform operations, buyer protection, and support. This is deducted automatically from the sale price before payout — you don't need to calculate or remit it separately.

Payout processor fees are set by the bank, card network, PayPal, or crypto network used for withdrawal, not by GameGalaxi.
GameGalaxi holds buyer payment in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery, or until the confirmation window closes automatically without an open dispute. Funds are then released, net of the marketplace fee, to your GameGalaxi wallet, from which you can request a withdrawal.
If a buyer opens a dispute, you'll be notified and given a chance to respond with evidence (chat logs, delivery proof, screenshots, etc.). GameGalaxi reviews both sides before deciding on a refund, partial refund, or release of funds to you. Failing to respond to a dispute within the given window may result in the case being decided in the buyer's favor.
Buyers can rate and review completed orders. Consistently low ratings, a high dispute rate, or repeated rule violations may lower your seller visibility, trigger a manual review, or lead to suspension.
GameGalaxi may suspend or permanently ban a seller account for violating these rules, and may place a hold on wallet funds connected to disputed or fraudulent orders while an investigation is ongoing. Serious violations — such as KYC fraud or delivering stolen accounts — result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds tied to the fraudulent activity, where permitted by law.
